Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Subworkflow is completed but parent workflow is not updated with completed status due which parent workflow Timeout.

@Akash47 release version 2.x is no longer supported. Upgrade to a current version and see if the issue persists.

2.31.8 is the final release of 2.31 branch. As of Feb 2022, 1.x & 2.x versions are no longer supported.
