This commit allows to use environment variables in the openapitools.json configuration file
with the syntax ${env.<var-name>}.

This address issue: #860

did you test the change locally?

would it be possible to add a test or 2 at least to ensure the environment variable support is working as expected?

i assume this is not a breaking change and users not using environment variables shouldn't be impacted
