Cross-platform testing #700

Description

@tracygardner

Test Flock XR on a variety of platforms with structured automated and manual testing.

Windows is highest priority but also the most tested already.

Priorities include older Chromebooks, iPads, older Android and iOS phones and VR headsets. Also Raspberry Pi and Linux devices as lower cost options.

Findings:

  • Audio doesn't pause when visibility is lost (it should!)
  • Setting alpha on a material on an old Android phone makes it go black
  • Windows Firefox 3D pendant appears upside down!!! (Fixed on clean install)
  • Starter demo - not exactly a bug but really highlights that the bounding box for hover is based on the t-pose of a character and therefore very wide (hover cursor)
  • Various demos - help info is keyboard specific and not helpful on mobile
  • Shape push - controls move camera and canvas - need to add block to turn canvas controls off
  • Forest base - material should be part of the platform (so that when you copy it, the material is copied). May affect other projects.
