I think it's time to update Musl libc

The official release of the Musl libc 1.2.6 update package has been announced, but it is still stuck at 1.2.5. I think a new version should be updated.

it's probably because 2 new CVE's are in 1.2.6 and 1.2.7 is planned to be released shortly.

It's just a hash and pr is open. #227

I add them when when I think about it I don't expect them to be merged because I know they get done every once in a while by the dev who wants to avoid this repo being constant support burden, which is understandable.

You can simply use the hash file in the pr and use it, there is no specific requirement to wait for it to be "official"

When 1.2.7 comes out, i'll add the pr for that as well.
