FluentLayout 3.0

What's Changed

FluentLayout has been updated to .NET6.0 with iOS and MacCatalyst targets. Also using Xamarin.Legacy.Sdk we still maintain backwards compatibility with Xamarin.iOS.

The sample has been updated to .NET6.0 as well using MvvmCross 9.0!
