Summary

• bump qsl.compat.bundle to 2026.07.1
• align qsl metadata smoke test expectation

Notes

• Internal git refs in pyproject were attempted (QPK/QPK plugin/UsEquityStrategies) but dependency resolution is currently inconsistent for which still requires QuantPlatformKit@0063af3, conflicting with qsl/mainline refs. Lock is kept aligned to current main-compatible refs for now, so this PR only updates bundle metadata + test.
