What does this PR do?
Allow running tests from a PR as comments such as:
Resulting run: https://github.com/huggingface/diffusers-dummy-tests/actions/runs/27008635889
This is convenient for PRs where we often have to manually run stuff that needs GPU access. Hopefully, this helps. In order to test, the workflow needs to be on
main. That is why I have tested it on a sandboxed repo: huggingface#1
