Bumps @azure-tools/typespec-client-generator-core from 0.68.3 to 0.68.4 for the http-client-csharp package. This is a patch release containing bug fixes only — no generated code changes resulted from running Generate.ps1.

Changes

  • package.json: devDependencies pinned version 0.68.3 → 0.68.4; peerDependencies minimum bumped to >=0.68.4
  • package-lock.json: Updated to resolved 0.68.4
