This pull request requests four USB PIDs for two development boards:
Each board requires separate application and bootloader PIDs so the
third-party Arduino platform can reliably detect the bootloader port
after reset and select the correct upload port.
The two boards use different hardware and firmware targets, so separate
application PIDs are required to distinguish them reliably.
The firmware and Arduino platform sources are publicly available.
