The current Valgrind job is run on Ubuntu 22.04. It was previously suggested that the Valgrind job be upgraded to 24.04, but that was postponed, due to concerns about the time taken.
Ubuntu 22.04 uses Python 3.10. Since Python 3.10 EOL is approaching in October 2026, perhaps it is time to consider upgrading to 24.04 again?
